Website terms of use.

These terms apply to your use of this website. Please read them before you use the site — by using it, you accept them.

Last updated 19 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website (Site) is operated by Palace Logistics, ABN 98 857 904 805 (Palace, we, us or our). Palace is a cross-border third-party logistics provider arranging fulfilment, storage and freight from China to international markets.

2. Your agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms of use as they appear on the Site at the time you use it (Terms). If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version here. The version published on the Site applies to your use of it, so please check back if you use the Site regularly.

3. What this Site is — and what it is not

The Site is a marketing and information resource. It describes the services we offer and lets you enquire about them. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and using it does not create a contract for carriage, storage, fulfilment or any other service between you and us.

Any rate, transit time, capacity or service level shown on the Site or returned in response to an enquiry is indicative only. Indicative figures are estimates given in good faith on the information available to us at the time. They are not a quote, and they are not binding on either of us. Actual pricing and transit times depend on the details of the shipment, carrier availability, fuel and surcharge movements, customs treatment, and conditions we do not control.

Where we do go on to provide services, that engagement will be governed by the separate service terms we agree with you in writing — not by these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and those service terms, the service terms prevail in relation to the services.

Nothing on the Site is legal, customs, tax, trade-compliance or financial advice. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that any goods you ship, and the way you ship them, comply with the laws of the origin and destination countries.

4. Information on the Site

We take reasonable care to keep the content and materials on the Site (Content) accurate and current. Even so, and to the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the Content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. The Content is general in nature, may change without notice, and we are not obliged to keep it up to date.

We also do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful code.

5. Enquiries and information you send us

When you submit an enquiry, request indicative rates, or subscribe to updates through the Site, you agree that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them. If you provide someone else's personal information, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

You give us permission to use what you send us for the purpose of responding to you, preparing indicative pricing, and providing the services you have asked about. We will not publish material you send us through the Site.

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms unless we have asked for it. If you need to send us something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a suitable method.

6. Our intellectual property

Unless we indicate otherwise, we own or are licensed to use the Content and all intellectual property rights in it — including copyright, trade marks, logos, designs, photographs, text, layout and the Palace name and wordmark (Our IP).

You may access and use the Site, and print or download a single copy of the Content, for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating our services, provided you do not remove any copyright or ownership notices.

Beyond that, and unless we agree in writing, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, broadcast, adapt or create derivative works from Our IP, or frame or embed it in another website or platform. Using the Site does not transfer any ownership in Our IP to you.

Photographs of our facilities and operations on the Site are ours. They may not be reused to represent any other business or facility.

7. How you must not use the Site

You must not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that infringes anyone's rights, or that damages our reputation or the operation of the Site. In particular, you must not:

  • breach anyone's privacy or upload personal information about another person without their consent;
  • use the Site to defame, harass, threaten or offend any person;
  • interfere with the Site or with another person's use of it;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any other code intended to damage, disable or gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems behind it;
  • attempt to gain access to any part of the Site, or any account or system, that you are not authorised to access;
  • use the contact details or forms on the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages;
  • use scrapers, crawlers, bots or other automated tools to extract data from the Site, or use the Content to train a machine-learning or AI model, without our written permission; or
  • help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

8. Links to other websites

The Site contains links to websites and platforms operated by others, including our social media profiles and, in some cases, carriers or partners. We do not control those websites and, unless we say so, we do not endorse them or take responsibility for their content, products or practices. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

9. Availability, suspension and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice. We may also restrict a person's access to the Site where we reasonably consider it necessary — for example, to protect the Site or other users.

10. Liability

Our services and this Site come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by law, where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:

  • you use the Site and rely on the Content at your own risk;
  • we exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity or otherwise; and
  • where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant Content or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

This section is about the Site. Our liability in connection with the logistics services we actually perform is dealt with in the service terms we agree with you.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy law. We collect the details you give us through the Site's enquiry and subscription forms — such as your name, email address, business name and shipment details — so we can respond to you and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop sending you updates, by emailing hello@palacelogistics.co.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

13. Contact us

If you have a question about these Terms, or about anything on the Site, please get in touch.
